I complete my purchase remotely
Once your order has been placed, an advisor will call you within the hour to finalize your purchase and explain the next steps. He or she will work with you to schedule delivery of your vehicle. If you'd like to finance your purchase, you can do so remotely, by telephone.
I validate my remote purchase
To validate your purchase, you'll need to pay the amount shown for the car, plus legalization, registration and delivery fees depending on your destination country, i.e. a tax of €1,500 (if you're in Europe) or €2,500 (if you're in the French overseas departments and territories).
Receiving my new car
Or you can opt for home delivery, with the driver delivering a turnkey vehicle to your door. You can also pick up your vehicle at the dealership in one of our secure areas. Delivery will be carried out according to our special protocols.

Purchasing method N°1: Purchase to order
By opting to buy your car to order, you are choosing to entrust us with the entire process of acquiring your new car, from order to home delivery.
You will receive an order estimate for your signature. Once the quotation has been signed, we require a deposit, as we cannot transport and deliver a car to you without a purchase commitment on your part. The deposit must be paid by irrevocable bank transfer or by credit card (or any other means of payment deemed suitable) in order to ensure traceability of the transaction.
To this end, to order and have the car delivered to your home, we offer you the three modalities below:
- Cash payment (in one go): Deposit to be paid is 100% which entitles you to a 10% reduction on the overall rate.
- Payment in two instalments: minimum deposit ( 30% for a purchase in Europe excluding DOM TOM and 50% for a purchase in DOM TOM) the balance to be paid on delivery.
Important information: Payment in a single instalment is compulsory for cars with a price less than or equal to 5000 Euros and for vehicles available on special offer.
Purchasing method N°2: Reservation purchase
Notwithstanding all the guarantees set out on our site, which aim to secure the remote purchase of your car (from order to delivery, including the quality of the car), you should know that you also have the possibility of being able to test-drive and buy directly from our headquarters in Germany, provided that you are familiar with the administrative procedures to be carried out from Germany to your country and, more importantly, to make an appointment to confirm this in accordance with our conditions of sale.
For this purchase method, which is To reserve, you must pay 10% of the cost of the vehicle plus the costs associated with legalization, registration and delivery depending on your destination country and delivery option. or a tax of €1,500 (if you're in Europe) or €2,500 (if you're in French overseas departments and territories). This option allows you to block the sale of the vehicle for up to 30 days.
This payment constitutes at the same time a guarantee of right of visit and will be deducted from the total amount at the time of the purchase of the vehicle or will be returned in full to the customer in the event of withdrawal..
